The Leadership Development portfolio is responsible for coordinating initiatives and providing resources for all UTAT members on leadership and professional development. The portfolio plays a key role in the team’s mission to provide opportunities and help the development of future aerospace leaders and innovators by offering students workshops, resources, and professional development opportunities, and advising on leadership matters across divisions. In addition, the leadership development portfolio looks to improve leadership practices across the team by performing research and tracking the effectiveness of the teams leadership development practices. The portfolio is a unique element of UTAT, which aims to grow society's knowledge, appreciation, and application of modern leadership.
